Job Description

Provide palliative and end-of-life care to individuals with Down Syndrome, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and emotional well-being during their final stages of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care and daily living tasks in a palliative care setting
  • Provide emotional and psychological support to clients and their families
  • Work with healthcare professionals to manage pain and other symptoms
  • Monitor health conditions and assist with medication administration

Certificates / Qualifications:

  • Certificate III or IV in Disability or Palliative Care
  • First Aid & CPR
  • Working With Children Check (if applicable)
  • English Language Requirement: IELTS 5.0+ or equivalent
